=)

I watched this little flash movie a month back. Back then, for no reason, I hesitated to share it with everyone but hey! It is never stupid to share your blessings with others. No weapon formed against us shall prosper!

PS: When you are down to nothing, God is up to something!

no lies, just love

My sister & I gave our mummy a huge surprise yesterday when she entered the door of our home & had a big group of relatives crowding around her singing the birthday song. She was like so shocked and overjoyed that she had tears, it was good to see her so happy. It is really heartwarming to see our big family so united and especially get so excited over the surprise plan. It went really well, almost everyone told huge pack of lies to my mama just not to arise her suspicions. My auntie told my mom she was VERY busy when my mom called her to ask if she was free for dinner. My sister told our mom to come home early because she had to try on the Anne Klein gown my sister bought for her and was going to bring us to a very high class restaurant. PS: My mummy always doesn't come home early. Yeah, I have a very hip mother. She does lots of shopping and movies.
I too lied to my mom that I had a lot of assignments to complete and couldn't go for the dinner. Hehe you know what they say about white lies. I will do peektures soon.

As for today, Shinova and I were supposed to catch the Lords of Dogtown but he came over instead and we watched 'Red Eye' on DVD. It feels a lot better when you go budget yet still get to do something with your loved one. We had chili crabs for tea cooked by my step dad, the one and only man in the house. The crabs were supposed to be reserve for the reunion dinner later in the evening but they were too good to resist. Of course, we left some for the rest. :-D My relatives once again came over around 7pm for chili crabs, butter crabs, cold crabs, chicken rice, bobo hitam and lots of kuehs. Shinova & I ate chili crabs again without feeling that guilty this time. A very good day indeed. What to say, I have a big God who is my righteousness. He brightens up my every day. Watch this! (Thanks Peiwen)

Ooh Ooh! The 'CSI wannabe' series on channel 8 at 9pm is so retarded.

PS: Doom 3 is FUN.

funk wheel drive

I had a really relaxing weekend. Qu|kz's birthday was a blast. The weather was just right. The food was ooh lala. The luge ride was the most exciting thing of the week. I could go on like forever but I'm too tired from all the fun. I have yet to receive the rest of the photographs from Qu|kz so below's what I've got for now.

The Satisfied Ones

A Weekend Affair

Here's what got Valentino on the move.

Poor Valentino. The girls were tired.

Siloso had this arabian night event. I think it was a failure. Jade said the dancers aka newbies were trying to do those erotic moves and they couldn't. One of them actually forced herself onto guy. Sadly, the poor fella was turnoff. As for the fashion awards plus the foam party, it was a good thing I didn't go. The party sucked big time according to trusted sources. Thank goodness for Rasa. We had most of our fun in there. The only thing that got us out of Rasa's premises was the dinner fit for a king at Coastes and the luge. I swear there's more to talk about but I'm really tired.
I will do more picture posts once the photographs get on the conveyor. Good night!

greetings from the bedroom

I totally forgot to update you guys on the outcome of my unfortunate incident. Well, its good. The cheena lunatic has been charged with eight years in the lockup and spared not of the rod - eight times. I don't know if I should get excited or relieved or whatever. My sister said its too much an amercement for an old cheena man. But even said so, there's nothing we can do. Ugf! I shouldn't be thinking about this anymore. The thought of someone being in the Changi big cage because of me is haunting enough. I hope before the eight years are over, he would forget what put him in the cell. x)

Ooh Ooh! The Longest Yard was really fun to watch. The reoccurring Macdonald's Cheeseburger Eddy with his "I knew you couldn't resist my shit! I got the shakes that'll make you quake. I got the fries that'll cross your eyes. I got that burgers that'll... I just got burgers." was super hilarious. I like Dalip Singh as Turley best. It got me and Shinova laughing unbearably like pigs snorting whenever Turley talks and the yellow subtitles just had to come up. What made the whole thing so cute was the fact that we could actually understand what he was talking about without the subtitles on but that wouldn't make any Funniness Factor now, would it?

Check out Dalip Singh as himself, the body slammer.

Okay, now check him out in The Longest Yard as Gentle Giant Turley.

Okay urm, he doesn't look so gentle there. I'll try to get a picture from the movie with a gentler side of him soon. I swear he is so adorable..

Next up, Red Eye and the Roman Polanski film 'Oliver Twist'!!

I'll be going to the Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag at the Science Centre now with Shinova and his brother. Wish me fun!

5 months down

Randoms.

Thank you, V.

His chihuahua. Casper so does not look like one. You should see his
size. He is really huge for a chihuahua.

One of my favorites. He doesn't like it though.

Mine, from him. Coldplay is a rather big bully, word.
I will post up the evidence in a form of a short clip soon.

It is the little things in life that makes me happy.

You make me happy.

Us.

Happy 154 Days baby :)

More randoms.
(to make up for the 'missing' entries)

Do not belittle we little ones.

I don't look happy, but I am.

Lia. Your truly. Dern.

Mama so sexy.

Us, the three As (Akid, Asri & Attica) and the ugly
lighting at Subversive.

More to come, I think.

hello world

[edit:]

The past two years wasn't worth a thing. This year is worth everything.

***

Sorry people for the sudden absence again. Finally the major projects are here, I'm sweating my creative juice off. I know I can't complain, prolly cause I'm going on a well-deserved trip to Thailand in October. I ensure myself a great one especially with my buds and boyfriend around.

God has been so gracious to me. I managed to finish off my Director portfolio despite my lack of knowledge for that software. I disliked Director so much initially since Flash is like the God of all interactive web softwares. However two days before the dateline, I had a strange new perception about Director. I wasn't procrastinating and I wasn't refusing to acknowledge it like the usual past few weeks. I actually did my portfolio with not much problem at all. In fact, I kind of like Director now. How ludicrous it is to have actually completed the project in barely 2 days. To have actually done it with no help at all. And to actually have interest in the very thing I disliked. God definitely works in amazing ways.

Okay truth here. I don't enjoy blogging anymore. Well, at least not here. It gets rather tiring when you have to do other websites which don't belong to you and you get paid peanuts or none at all. I've got myself a .com domain recently for free. One word... ugly. It has google ads! You know how they rearrange the layout of your entire site and what makes the website user-friendly becomes a total turn off for every viewer.
Lesson learnt - nothing comes free. Free comes with freebies aka google ads.
So either I find a very cheap host, do a satisfied good website which I can be proud of, NO google ads and go wordpress or I have to stay dependant on blogspot and be
a dormant user. I will say my verdict soon the next time I return.
